Mr. Mainwaring started at the Norwin School District in August of 2010 and became the principal of Sheridan Terrace Elementary School in the summer of 2021. He earned his B.S. in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in educational leadership from Delaware Valley University. Prior to becoming Principal, Mr. Mainwaring taught 3rd and 4th grade math and science. He also served as a STEM lead teacher for 6 years. This is his 13th year at Sheridan Terrace Elementary.

Mr. Mainwaring and his wife, Brianna reside in the Norwin School District with their three daughters, Parker, Sawyer, and Clover.
