Meet the teacher!
hello! My Name is Amanda Staso and I am the Kindergarten-2nd Grade Learning Support teacher at Sheridan Terrace Elementary. This will be my 8thyear in Special Education! Prior to this year I worked in Life Skills Support at Norwin High School and Autistic Support at Sheridan Terrace.
a little about me:
I grew up right here in North Huntingdon where I attended Queen of Angels Pre-School through 7th grade. I then transferred to Norwin School District for 8th-12th grade. I graduated from Norwin High School in 2010, Go Knights!
In December of 2014, I graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelors of Art in Elementary Education PK-4 with Special Education PK-8. I went on to graduate with a Masters in Special Education in 2015.
