Homecoming Spirit Week - October 5 - October 9, 2026

Lets celebrate homecoming with a week of dress up fun. Please remember that this is optional.
Monday, October 5 - PJ Day
Tuesday, October 6 - Beach Day
Wednesday, October 7 - Wear your favorite team jersey
Thursday, October 8 - Wear the colors of your grade
Staff - Black out
Kdg. - Neon
1st grade - White out
2nd grade - Camo or green
3rd grade - Yellow or gold
4th grade - Blue
Friday, October 9 - Norwin blue and gold (2-hour early dismissal day)
Friday, October 9th is the homecoming football game, Norwin vs. Hempfield, the game will begin at 7 PM at Penn Trafford Stadium. The annual Norwin Student Council homecoming parade will be held on Saturday, October 10th in downtown Irwin at 10 AM.
Open House 26

Open House - Thursday, September 24, 2026 6-8 PM

Open House will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 6-8 PM. We look forward to seeing all the students and families this evening. This is a great evening to meet your child(ren)'s teacher and classmates.
The PTA will be hosting a bake sale in the cafeteria, PTA Book Fair will be held in the gym, there will be wish lists for the teachers, and give families the opportunity to shop. PTA will also have a membership and spirit wear table available.
Mrs. DeStefano, Cafeteria Mgr. will be available that evening to add money to student lunch accounts or to answer any questions you may have. You may enter through doors 1 (main doors) and 12 (side gym doors).
We hope to see you all at Open House.

Sheridan Terrace Student Assistance Program 2026-2027

What is the Student Assistance Program?
This program helps students overcome barriers to learning so that they achieve, remain in school, and advance. It is an intervention program, not a treatment program that integrates a process of information gathering, and referral through a team. Parental permission is necessary for this program.

The Sheridan Terrace SAP team is Ms. Livolsi, Mrs. Ogg, Mrs. McLaughlin, Mrs. Karcher, Mrs. Edmonds, Mr. Kozar. Mr. Rutkowski, Mrs. Miklos, Mr. Mainwaring, Mrs. Ochendowski, and Mrs. Moorhead.
